Common questions
How do I delete my account? Settings → Delete account, on the web or in the app, and confirm. Your username, email and password are erased; past matches and ratings are kept anonymously so opponents’ histories stay intact. Can’t sign in? Email us from the address linked to your account and we’ll do it for you.
How is rating computed? We use Glicko-2. New players start at 700 with a high deviation, which drops as you play ranked matches and daily problems.
Something is broken. Email us the time (with timezone), your username, and a short description.
